The Zipwake Series 600E PRO Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution designed for high-performance and commercial vessels up to 30 m (≈ 100 ft) in length and speeds of up to 60 knots. As part of the E PRO Series, this system represents Zipwake’s most advanced generation of interceptors — providing stronger lift, faster response, and enhanced endurance for long operational hours and demanding conditions.
Equipped with two 600 mm straight interceptors, the Series 600E PRO delivers precise pitch and roll stabilization for planing and semi-planing hulls. With its dual brushless servos, longer 60 mm stroke, and rapid 40 mm/s actuation rate, it ensures exceptional control, fuel efficiency, and onboard comfort. Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
The central power and communication hub of the system. It provides energy and connectivity to the interceptors with built-in protection against overload and short circuits. Fully waterproof (IP67), oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck.

The straight interceptors must be installed flush to the transom using the provided templates for optimal lift distribution and precise alignment. The Distribution Unit should be placed in a dry and accessible area below deck, while the Control Panel is mounted at the helm for full visibility and manual override capability.
Cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed with watertight grommets to preserve IP rating. The DU-E PRO allows expansion up to six interceptors without extra connectors or power units, ensuring flexibility for larger or more complex hull layouts.
