The Zipwake Series 600E PRO Chine Kit Box Trim System is a professional, high-performance dynamic trim control solution developed for vessels up to 30 m (≈ 100 ft) and speeds up to 60 knots.
As part of the Series E PRO range, it represents Zipwake’s most advanced generation of interceptors — featuring larger, faster dual-servo units with brushless motors, extended blade stroke, and enhanced durability for demanding commercial and long-hour operations.
The chine configuration is specifically designed for angled or V-shaped hull surfaces, optimizing lift and roll control on deep-V, patrol, and multi-hull vessels. With full automatic stabilization, integrated GPS and 3D sensors, and state-of-the-art actuation performance, the 600E PRO delivers precise control, improved fuel efficiency, and smoother operation in all sea conditions.

Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Central power and communication hub connecting and supplying the interceptors. Built-in protection against short circuit and overload. Rugged, waterproof (IP67), oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck.
Control Panel (CP-E PRO)
A large, sunlight-readable color display with dual control dials for intuitive manual adjustment and full automatic mode. Integrated GPS, gyro, and accelerometer sensors continuously monitor the vessel’s motion, displaying speed, pitch, roll, and interceptor position in real time.

Chine interceptors must be installed flush with the hull’s angled surfaces, aligning symmetrically on both sides for consistent lift distribution and effective roll correction.
All cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed with watertight grommets to preserve IP protection. The Distribution Unit should be placed in a dry, accessible area such as the engine room, while the Control Panel is best installed at the helm for visibility and direct access.
Thanks to its modular design, the Series E PRO system can be expanded with additional interceptors or integrated with NMEA 2000 networks without extra connectors or power supplies, ensuring flexibility and reliability for professional operations.
