The Zipwake Series 450S PRO Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional-grade, high-performance automatic trim control solution designed for planing and semi-planing vessels up to 18 m (≈ 60 ft) in length and speeds of up to 60 knots.
As part of the S PRO range, this model features brushless dual-servo actuators that deliver higher torque, faster response, and superior durability compared with the standard S Series—making it ideal for commercial, patrol, and demanding recreational boats.
This straight configuration is optimized for flat transom installations, providing balanced lift and efficient roll and pitch control. Combined with Zipwake’s intelligent motion sensors and GPS integration, the system automatically stabilizes the vessel’s attitude for improved fuel economy, smoother navigation, and enhanced safety at any speed.
Straight interceptor configuration (450 mm): Designed for flat transoms, providing even lift and consistent pitch and roll correction.
Dual brushless servo technology: High-speed actuation (~0.3 s full stroke) and superior reliability for long service life in harsh marine environments.
Automatic stabilization: Real-time correction of trim and roll angles through integrated 3D gyro and accelerometer sensors.
Fuel and performance optimization: Reduces drag and wave resistance, improving efficiency and comfort.
User-friendly control panel: 2.4" color display with dual dials for intuitive operation, sunlight-readable and waterproof (IP67).
System expansion: Supports up to six interceptors per Distribution Unit without additional connectors or power supply.
Durable marine-grade design: Oil-resistant, ignition-protected, IP68-rated interceptors for maximum longevity.
Straight Interceptors (IT450-S PRO)
Two 450 mm straight interceptors equipped with dual brushless servo actuators for high-speed movement and precise control. Their robust design ensures consistent lift and reliable performance even under heavy loads and continuous operation.
Distribution Unit (DU-S PRO)
The system’s central power and communication hub, supplying energy to the interceptors and providing short-circuit and overload protection. Rugged, waterproof (IP67), and oil-resistant for safe installation below deck.
Control Panel (CP-S PRO)
A compact 2.4-inch color display with dual control wheels for easy manual adjustment of pitch and heel. Includes integrated GPS and 3D sensors for fully automatic operation and real-time feedback on speed, pitch, and roll angles.

The 450 S PRO straight interceptors should be mounted parallel to the hull’s waterline on the flat transom for optimal lift and hydrodynamic flow. Ensure accurate alignment using the supplied templates to avoid asymmetrical lift or drag.
Cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed with watertight grommets to maintain IP rating.
The Distribution Unit is best placed in a dry, well-ventilated area such as the engine room, while the Control Panel should be mounted at the helm for visibility and ease of use.
This modular system allows expansion to up to six interceptors without additional connectors or power supplies, providing a flexible and powerful solution for automatic trim control on professional and high-performance vessels.
