The total liability of Sail 360 to Customer in the performance of the Agreement is limited to compensation of up to the amount of the price stipulated in the Agreement (including VAT).
However, in no case the total compensation for direct damage will exceed € 200.
Liability of Sail 360 towards the Customer for indirect damage, which in any case specifically -but not exclusively - got consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data and loss due to business interruption.
As long as Customer no full payment has been made for the entire agreed amount, all delivered goods remain the property of Sail360.
Customer always agree on delivery terms of delivery before it is delivered.
