The Zipwake Series 450S PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a high-performance dynamic trim control solution engineered for fast planing and semi-planing vessels operating under demanding marine conditions. Part of the advanced S PRO range, this model delivers enhanced actuation speed, higher torque, and robust construction compared with the standard S Series, making it ideal for professional and commercial applications that require precise automatic stabilization and long-term reliability.
Equipped with 450 mm straight interceptors and managed through the Integrator Module (IM-S PRO) instead of a traditional helm control panel, the system allows for centralized, smart connectivity with multifunctional displays (MFDs), NMEA 2000 networks, and wireless devices. The result is a compact yet powerful trim system that minimizes roll and pitch, optimizes fuel efficiency, and ensures smoother handling and safety even at high speeds.
Straight configuration (450 mm): Designed for flat transom surfaces, providing even lift and precise control across the vessel’s stern.
PRO-grade dual-servo actuators: Deliver high torque, rapid response (~0.3 s full stroke), and superior reliability for intensive use.
Automatic stabilization: Continuously monitors pitch and roll, dynamically adjusting interceptor position for maximum comfort and safety.
Fuel and performance efficiency: Optimizes hull attitude, reducing drag and fuel consumption while improving speed and handling.
Smart integration: The Integrator Module replaces the control panel, allowing direct connection to MFDs and NMEA 2000 networks, plus wireless configuration via the Zipwake App.
Rugged construction: Watertight (IP68 interceptors, IP67 modules), oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for marine engine-room environments.
Expandable architecture: Supports up to six S PRO interceptors from a single Distribution Unit without extra power supplies or connectors.
Straight Interceptors (IT450-S PRO)
Two 450 mm straight interceptors featuring dual brushless servos for ultra-fast and accurate motion. Designed for high-speed boats, they provide superior lift, stability, and minimal maintenance in all operating conditions.
Integrator Module (IM-S PRO)
The system’s intelligent core replaces the helm panel, enabling seamless integration with multifunction displays and smart devices. Offers wireless setup, monitoring, and software updates, keeping the dashboard clean and streamlined.
Distribution Unit (DU-S PRO)
Robust power and communication hub for the interceptors. Built to withstand heat, vibration, and humidity, with integrated circuit protection and a 4 m power cable for secure below-deck installation.

The straight interceptors should be mounted parallel to the vessel’s waterline on the flat transom surface for consistent lift and efficient water flow. All cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed with watertight fittings to preserve IP protection. The Integrator Module should be positioned near the helm or the NMEA 2000 backbone for optimal connectivity, while the Distribution Unit is best installed in a dry, well-ventilated compartment (such as the engine room).
This modular setup ensures easy expansion to additional S PRO interceptors or integration with other onboard systems, providing a flexible, high-efficiency trim solution tailored for professional and high-performance vessels.
