The Zipwake Series 450S PRO Chine Integrator Module Kit Box Package is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution engineered for high-speed and heavily loaded vessels operating under demanding conditions. As part of the advanced S PRO range, it combines compact design, high-performance dual-servo technology, and smart integration through the Integrator Module (IM-S PRO), ensuring maximum control, comfort, and efficiency at sea.
The Chine configuration is specially designed for angled or V-shaped hull surfaces, providing effective lift and precise roll correction where straight interceptors are less suitable. Compared with the standard S Series, the S PRO line offers faster actuation, higher torque, and reinforced construction for professional and commercial applications. By dynamically correcting pitch and roll, it delivers smoother handling, reduced fuel consumption, and greater safety for planing and semi-planing vessels up to approximately 18 meters in length.
Chine-optimized design: Engineered for angled hull sections, ensuring efficient lift generation and enhanced roll stability.
High-speed actuation: Dual brushless servos deliver rapid and precise interceptor movement for immediate response to sea conditions.
Automatic stabilization: Continuously monitors and adjusts trim and roll angles for improved comfort and safety in all weather conditions.
Fuel efficiency: Maintains optimal running attitude, reducing drag and wave resistance to improve performance and lower fuel use.
Smart integration: The Integrator Module replaces the traditional control panel, offering seamless connectivity with MFDs and NMEA 2000 networks.
Durable construction: Fully watertight (IP68-rated interceptors, IP67-rated modules) and built to resist oil, impact, and corrosion for professional marine environments.
Expandable system: Supports up to six S PRO interceptors without requiring additional connectors or power supplies.
Chine Interceptors (IT450-S PRO Chine)
Two 450 mm chine interceptors designed for V-shaped and angled hull surfaces. Featuring PRO dual-servo technology, they deliver superior lift, stability, and quick reaction times, even in rough sea conditions.
Integrator Module (IM-S PRO)
The system’s central unit replaces the control panel, enabling full integration with multifunctional displays (MFDs) and smart devices. It provides wireless configuration, monitoring, and software updates for a clean and simplified helm layout.
Distribution Unit (DU-S PRO)
Rugged and waterproof power unit supplying electricity and communication to the interceptors. Designed for safe installation in engine compartments, it includes built-in electrical protection and a 4 m power cable.

The chine interceptors must be mounted flush to the outer edges of the V-shaped transom for maximum lift efficiency and optimal water flow. Cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed with watertight grommets to maintain the system’s rated protection. The Integrator Module should be positioned near the helm or in an accessible location connected to the vessel’s NMEA 2000 network. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated area such as the engine room for easy access and secure cabling.
This modular setup allows expansion to additional interceptors or integration with other onboard systems, ensuring flexible adaptation for professional and high-performance vessels.
