Zipwake 600E PRO straight trim system with IM-E PRO module for vessels up to 30 m. Dual-servo interceptors ensure precise, automatic pitch and roll control via MFDs, boosting efficiency, lift, and stability for professional marine performance. Read more.
The Zipwake Series 600E PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a state-of-the-art dynamic trim control solution engineered for professional and commercial vessels up to 30 m (≈ 100 ft) operating at speeds of up to 60 knots.
As part of the E PRO Series, it represents the next generation of Zipwake’s fully automatic trim systems — delivering faster actuation, stronger lift, and enhanced reliability for long operational hours under demanding marine conditions.
Unlike standard configurations, this Integrator Module version replaces the traditional helm control panel, enabling seamless integration with Multifunction Displays (MFDs), NMEA 2000 networks, and smart devices. The 600 mm straight interceptors offer powerful pitch and roll correction for planing and semi-planing hulls, minimizing fuel consumption and maximizing onboard comfort.
Straight configuration (600 mm): Ideal for flat transom surfaces, ensuring efficient, balanced lift across the hull.
PRO dual-servo technology: High-speed brushless actuators (40 mm/s) with 60 mm stroke provide precise, durable motion control.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO): Centralized control unit that connects directly to MFDs and NMEA 2000 systems — no separate helm panel required.
Automatic stabilization: Integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D-accelerometer sensors continuously optimize pitch and roll.
Professional durability: IP68 interceptors and IP67 electronics for long-term marine use.
Fuel efficiency: Reduced drag and optimized hull trim improve performance and range.
Modular scalability: Supports up to six interceptors without additional connectors or power units.
Straight Interceptors (IT600-E PRO Straight)
Two 600 mm straight interceptors featuring dual brushless servos for rapid blade movement and accurate trim control at high speed.
Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Provides power and communication for the interceptors; rugged, oil-resistant, waterproof (IP67) and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO)
Compact, watertight control core that connects the Zipwake system to MFDs and smart devices via NMEA 2000. Allows wireless configuration, monitoring and firmware updates through the Zipwake app.

Mount the straight interceptors flush with the transom for symmetrical lift and stable trim performance. Use the provided templates for accurate alignment and balance.
The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible technical area, while the Integrator Module is placed close to the helm or network hub for optimal connectivity with MFDs and NMEA 2000.
Cable passages below the waterline must be sealed with watertight grommets to maintain IP protection. The modular design allows easy expansion to six interceptors and ensures a future-proof, high-efficiency installation for professional operators.
