The Zipwake Series 750S PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution designed for heavy-duty and high-performance marine applications. As part of the S PRO Series, it enhances the original Series S by incorporating dual brushless servo actuators, upgraded electronics, and a significantly faster response time suited for demanding conditions.
Designed for planing and semi-planing vessels up to approximately 20 meters (≈ 65 ft), the system provides active pitch and roll correction to improve comfort, fuel efficiency, and overall performance. Featuring extended 750 mm straight interceptors, the 750S PRO configuration delivers stronger lift, enhanced longitudinal stability, and precise real-time motion control—ideal for commercial craft, patrol boats, large RIBs, and other vessels operating at high speeds or under variable loads.
Straight configuration (750 mm): Longer interceptors optimized for flat transoms, offering improved lift and greater longitudinal stability.
High-speed PRO servos: Dual brushless actuators provide rapid, accurate blade movement even under heavy load or at high speed.
Automatic stabilization: Continuously monitors vessel motion and dynamically corrects pitch and roll for smoother navigation.
Improved fuel efficiency: Reduces drag and optimizes running attitude, helping lower overall fuel consumption.
Rugged and watertight: Interceptors rated IP68 and distribution unit rated IP67 for long-term durability in harsh environments.
PRO-series electronics: Reinforced components ensure faster processing, improved torque output, and enhanced reliability.
Expandable system: Supports up to six interceptors per distribution unit without requiring additional power sources.
Straight Interceptors (IT750-S PRO Straight)
Two 750 mm straight interceptors equipped with dual brushless servo actuators. The extended blade length delivers increased lift performance and highly stable trim control for larger or heavier vessels.
Distribution Unit (DU-S PRO)
A robust, waterproof unit that powers the interceptors and manages all communication within the Zipwake network. Integrated protection safeguards the system against electrical overload, heat, and vibration in demanding engine room environments.
Integrator Module
The PRO-series Integrator Module serves as the system’s command interface, enabling centralized control, configuration, and monitoring without requiring a separate control panel. It integrates seamlessly into the vessel’s existing electronics and provides full access to automatic and manual trim functions.

The straight interceptors must be mounted flush with the transom to ensure clean water flow and optimal lift generation. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible area such as the engine room, with cables routed through watertight glands when passing below the waterline.
The Integrator Module should be positioned according to the vessel’s electronics layout to ensure reliable communication and easy system access. The modular architecture allows expansion with up to six interceptors per distribution unit without requiring additional connectors or power supplies.
