High-performance Zipwake 600E PRO chine trim system for vessels up to 30 m. Dual-servo interceptors and the IM-E PRO module deliver automatic pitch and roll control with MFD integration, improving stability, efficiency, and comfort in demanding conditions Read more.
The Zipwake Series 600E PRO Integrator Module Chine Kit Box is a top-tier dynamic trim control system engineered for vessels up to 30 m (≈ 100 ft) operating at speeds of up to 60 knots.
Part of Zipwake’s E PRO range, it combines the power of the 600 mm chine interceptors with the advanced Integrator Module (IM-E PRO), enabling seamless system management through multifunction displays (MFDs), NMEA 2000 networks, or smart devices — eliminating the need for a standalone control panel.
The chine configuration is designed for angled or V-shaped hulls, delivering optimal lift and roll correction on deep-V and multi-hull craft. With dual-servo brushless actuators, a 60 mm stroke, 40 mm/s actuation speed, and fully automatic stabilization, this kit provides exceptional precision, comfort, and fuel efficiency for demanding professional use.
Chine configuration (600 mm): Optimized for angled hull surfaces to ensure maximum lift and accurate roll stabilization.
PRO dual-servo technology: High-speed brushless actuators (40 mm/s) and longer stroke (60 mm) deliver superior response and durability.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO): Central hub for automatic control and connectivity with MFDs and smart devices via NMEA 2000.
Automatic stabilization: Integrated GPS, gyro and accelerometer sensors constantly optimize trim and heel for smooth, safe navigation.
Fuel efficiency: Reduces drag and wave impact, improving fuel economy and operating range.
Professional durability: IP68-rated interceptors and IP67-rated electronics for reliable performance in demanding environments.
Scalable system: Supports up to six interceptors without additional connectors or power supplies.
Chine Interceptors (IT600-E PRO Chine)
Two 600 mm chine interceptors with dual brushless servos providing fast and precise blade motion for optimal roll and pitch correction on angled hulls.
Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Central power and communication unit that connects and protects the interceptors. Waterproof (IP67), oil-resistant and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO)
Compact and waterproof control interface connecting the system to MFDs, plotters, or smart devices. Includes wireless configuration and monitoring via the Zipwake App. It manages all sensor data (GPS, gyro, 3D accelerometer) and enables centralized control and updates via NMEA 2000.

For optimal performance, chine interceptors must be mounted flush along the outer angled sections of the transom to generate balanced lift and effective roll control.
Ensure watertight cable routing below the waterline to maintain IP integrity. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible space (such as the engine room), while the Integrator Module is best positioned near the helm or network hub for connection to MFDs and NMEA 2000.
The system’s modular architecture supports future expansion or integration with additional interceptors and navigation networks without requiring extra power supplies.
