The Zipwake Series 400E PRO Round R1000 Kit Box Trim System is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution designed for larger and commercial vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). As part of the Series E PRO line, it delivers enhanced precision, durability, and hydrodynamic efficiency, offering smoother navigation, better fuel economy, and superior stabilization in all sea conditions.
The Round R1000 configuration is specifically designed for curved or rounded transoms, providing balanced lift and optimized water flow where standard straight or chine interceptors cannot fit properly. The PRO edition features upgraded waterproof sealing, improved electronics, and reinforced materials, making it suitable for continuous, heavy-duty use. This kit box contains all the essential components and software required for installation and operation.
Curved transom design: Ideal for rounded hulls and transoms, providing even lift distribution and optimal stabilization.
Professional-grade build: Enhanced waterproofing (IP68), corrosion-resistant materials, and high-strength servo housings for demanding marine environments.
High-speed servo technology: Dual brushless actuators ensure rapid blade response (60 mm stroke, 40 mm/s actuation).
Automatic trim and roll control: Real-time dynamic correction for optimal stability, performance, and comfort.
Fuel efficiency: Reduces hydrodynamic drag, leading to smoother operation and lower fuel consumption.
Integrated sensors: Built-in GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer for continuous monitoring and control.
Expandable system: Compatible with up to six interceptors and fully integrated with NMEA 2000 systems.
Round Interceptors (ITR1000-E PRO)
Two 1000 mm round interceptors designed for curved transoms. These fast-acting interceptors use dual brushless servos to provide accurate, symmetrical lift correction under all conditions. Their IP68-certified waterproof construction ensures durability and reliability even during extended submersion.
Control Panel (CP-E PRO)
A modern 3D control interface with a bright, sunlight-readable color display and dual rotary dials for intuitive manual control. It automatically adjusts pitch, roll, and trim via integrated GPS and motion sensors, with real-time feedback displayed on screen.
Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Rugged IP67-rated unit that powers and coordinates the interceptors. It includes overload and short-circuit protection, is oil-resistant and ignition-protected, and comes with a 4 m power cable for secure installation in engine rooms or other technical spaces.

The Round R1000 interceptors must follow the natural curvature of the transom to ensure proper lift and water flow dynamics. Proper alignment and spacing are critical for optimal trim response and performance. The Distribution Unit should be mounted in a dry and ventilated area, while the Control Panel should be installed within the helmsman’s reach, providing real-time visualization and operation.
Cable penetrations below the waterline must be thoroughly sealed to maintain the system’s IP protection. The modular design allows for expansion to six interceptors without the need for additional connectors or power sources, ensuring flexibility for larger or complex vessel configurations.
