Professional Zipwake 800E PRO trim system for boats up to 30 m. Its long 800 mm straight interceptors and dual brushless servos deliver fast, automatic pitch and roll correction, improving lift, stability and fuel efficiency in demanding marine conditions Read more.
The Zipwake Series 800E PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a cutting-edge dynamic trim control system engineered for large, high-speed marine vessels requiring elite performance and precision. As part of the E PRO Series, it escalates beyond the standard Series E by integrating advanced dual-servo interceptors, hardened electronics and comprehensive motion-control logic for demanding environments.
Designed for planing and semi-planing vessels up to approximately 30 m (≈ 100 ft), this system actively controls pitch and roll to optimise lift, minimise drag and enhance stability under load. With its 800 mm straight interceptors and high-speed actuation, the Series 800E PRO is ideal for commercial, patrol, or luxury craft operating in variable sea states and high-performance trim regimes.
Straight configuration (800 mm): Long-blade interceptors balanced for flat transom vessels, providing exceptional lift and trim stability.
Dual brushless PRO servos: Robust dual-actuator system delivers elite actuation speed and torque for rapid trim correction in real-time.
Automatic motion control: Embedded sensors and control logic eliminate pitch and roll dynamically under changing load and sea state.
Enhanced fuel & performance efficiency: By reducing trim-related drag and optimising running attitude, the system contributes to lower fuel consumption and improved overall performance.
Heavy-duty build & waterproofing: Interceptors rated IP68 and electronics rated IP67 (or better) ensure durability in professional marine environments.
Integrator Module interface: Designed for full integration with vessel electronics, enabling system control without a separate manual control panel when required.
Fully expandable architecture: Supports up to six interceptors per distribution unit when using the PRO expansion modules, enabling scalable installations for large or multi-engine vessels.
Straight Interceptors (IT800-E PRO Straight)
A pair of 800 mm straight interceptors equipped with dual-brushless servo actuators. Their extended blade length and high-speed actuation deliver powerful lift and precision trim control for large-scale vessels.
Distribution Unit (DU-PRO / DU-EX PRO)
A rugged, waterproof power and communication hub that supplies the interceptors and integrator module. Equipped with voltage-boost circuitry, built-in breakers and support for multi-servo configurations, it’s designed for installation in engine rooms and high-vibration zones.
Integrator Module
This module serves as the central processing and communications interface of the system, replacing the need for a conventional control panel in many installations. It features built-in 3D gyros, accelerometers and interfaces for vessel electronics to fully integrate with the onboard system.
Interceptor type: Straight (flat transom)
Interceptor length: 800 mm (31.5 in)
Blade stroke: Up to 60 mm (2.4 in) in the PRO family.
Maximum vessel speed: Typically up to 60 knots (≈ 110 km/h) in PRO series.
Vessel length: Up to approx. 30 m (≈ 100 ft).
Voltage range: 12–32 V DC.
Power consumption: Approx. 35 W max per actuator in E PRO family.
Ingress protection: IP68 (interceptors), IP67 (distribution and integrator modules).
Connector type: M12, 5-pin circular.
Cable length: 3 m standard (extendable to 6 m).
Operating temperature: 0 °C to +40 °C.
Storage temperature: –40 °C to +90 °C.

The straight interceptors must be mounted flush with the transom surface to ensure optimal water flow and maximum lift effect. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible location such as the engine room, with cables routed through watertight glands when passing below the waterline.
The Integrator Module should be positioned for seamless connectivity with the vessel’s electronics architecture and helm interface. The modular design allows expansion up to six interceptors per distribution unit without requiring additional power supplies or connectors.
