The Zipwake Series S 300S Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). As part of the compact Series S range, it is tailored for smaller and mid-sized leisure or semi-commercial craft, offering rapid response and efficient stabilization. This version combines fast-acting straight interceptors with the advanced Integrator Module (IM-S), enabling seamless integration with multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices. The IM-S ensures intuitive operation, wireless connectivity, and a clean dashboard layout, while the interceptors actively minimize roll and pitch, improving stability, comfort, fuel efficiency, and safety.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Straight Interceptors (IT300-S)

Two straight interceptors of 300 mm each, equipped with single-servo actuators for fast and precise blade movement. Their compact size and durable design make them ideal for smaller sport boats and semi-commercial vessels, ensuring efficient roll and pitch reduction.

Distribution Unit (DU-S)

Provides power and connectivity to the system. Waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, the DU-S is designed for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in electrical protection.

Integrator Module (IM-S)

The central interface of the kit, replacing the standard control panel. It connects the system seamlessly to MFDs and mobile devices, enabling wireless control, software updates, and additional system configuration. Supports multiple control panels and can manage configurations of 1 to 6 interceptors.

INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
