The Zipwake Series 400E PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System is a state-of-the-art dynamic trim control solution developed for professional and commercial vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). Part of the E PRO range, it combines the proven performance of the Series E with enhanced materials, precision control, and extended connectivity options for demanding marine environments.
The PRO line features advanced waterproof protection, upgraded electronics, and improved integration capabilities. The Integrator Module (IM-E PRO) replaces the traditional control panel, enabling seamless central management via multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices, offering a cleaner helm design and effortless control across complex installations. The Straight Kit configuration includes linear interceptors ideal for flat transom installations, ensuring optimized pitch and roll correction even at high speeds.

Straight Interceptors (IT400-E PRO)
Two 400 mm straight interceptors with dual brushless servos. Designed for flat hulls, they provide exceptional lift and rapid motion control even under heavy loads.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO)
Compact and waterproof module that replaces the standard control panel. It provides centralized control, real-time monitoring, and wireless configuration via the Zipwake app. Compatible with multifunction displays (MFDs) and NMEA 2000 systems.
Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Distributes power and communication signals to the interceptors. IP67-rated, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for engine room installation. Includes integrated circuit protection and a 4 m power cable.

The Straight Interceptors should be installed flush on flat transom surfaces for optimal hydrodynamic performance. Use the supplied templates for precise alignment to maintain balance and stability. The Distribution Unit is best mounted in a dry, well-ventilated space such as the engine room, while the Integrator Module can be installed behind the helm or dashboard, allowing easy connectivity with the NMEA 2000 backbone and MFD interface.
Cable penetrations below the waterline must be sealed carefully with waterproof grommets to maintain IP protection. Thanks to its modular configuration, the system can be expanded with additional interceptors and distribution units without extra connectors or power supplies.
