The AIRMAR TM275LHW is a high-performance dual-channel CHIRP depth and temperature transducer, designed for vessels requiring both deep-water capability and wide-beam high-frequency coverage. It integrates Low CHIRP (42–65 kHz) for maximum depth penetration and High-Wide CHIRP (150–250 kHz) with a constant 25° beamwidth, delivering exceptionally broad water-column coverage and superior target separation. Paired with the Furuno DFF1-UHD CHIRP module, the TM275LHW provides true broadband capability far beyond traditional fixed-frequency systems.
The High-Wide (HW) channel achieves over six times the coverage of standard 200 kHz transducers, making it ideal for detecting bait schools, pelagic species and mid-water targets. For deep-water performance, the Low CHIRP channel maintains strong bottom tracking and detailed structure return. The TM275LHW is also compatible with Furuno FCV295 and FCV1150 variable-frequency fish finders, preserving the full 25° beamwidth across the entire high-frequency CHIRP band. A 12-meter cable without connector is provided for direct termination to CHIRP modules or sounder terminals.
Dual-channel CHIRP technology: Low CHIRP (42–65 kHz) for depth; High-Wide CHIRP (150–250 kHz) for broad water-column coverage.
Constant 25° HF beamwidth: Wide, uniform coverage at all high-frequency CHIRP settings.
Enhanced target separation: Ideal for bait identification, mid-water targets and fish-school detection.
Deep-water capability: Low-frequency CHIRP ensures reliable bottom tracking at depth.
Optimized for Furuno DFF1-UHD: Full broadband CHIRP performance.
FCV295 & FCV1150 support: Compatible with variable-frequency sounders.
Integrated temperature sensor: Accurate water-temperature readings for fishing applications.
12 m cable (no connector): Allows direct wiring into CHIRP modules or terminals.

Installation documentation
Install the transducer on the transom where water flow is clean and free of turbulence, away from strakes, steps and thru-hull fittings. Correct bracket alignment is essential to maintain stable sonar performance across multiple speeds. Route the cable through a watertight pass-through and wire it directly to the CHIRP module or sounder terminal. Proper grounding and noise isolation are recommended to achieve the clearest CHIRP returns.
The adjustable transom-mount bracket allows the transducer to be aligned across a typical transom-angle range of approximately 2° to 22°, ensuring the transducer face sits level in the water. Proper alignment during installation is essential for optimal acoustic performance.
