The Zipwake Series E 400E Round R1000 Integrator Module Kit Box Trim System is a professional dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft) and speeds of up to 60 knots (≈110 km/h). As part of the Series E family, it offers larger, more powerful dual-servo interceptors specifically engineered for heavy and demanding vessels, providing superior lift characteristics compared to the compact Series S. This version features round interceptors (R1000), designed to fit hulls with a radius of 1000 mm, delivering seamless performance and improved hydrodynamics. Combined with the advanced Integrator Module (IM-E), the system ensures intuitive operation, wireless connectivity, and integration with multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices, keeping dashboards clean and uncluttered.

A pair of 400 mm round interceptors designed for hulls with a 1000 mm radius. Equipped with dual high-speed servo actuators, they deliver superior lift and stabilization even under heavy loads and at high speeds.

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Provides power and connectivity to the system. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, the DU-E is built for installation in engine rooms or technical spaces. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in protective fuse.

Integrator Module (IM-E)

The advanced interface that replaces the standard control panel. The IM-E integrates the system seamlessly with MFDs and mobile devices, offering intuitive 3D control, wireless connectivity, and software updates. It supports multiple control panels and manages installations of up to six Series E interceptors.

Integrated mounting plates ensure stability, while optional watertight grommets provide safe cable routing above or below the waterline. The IM-E module can be discreetly installed behind dashboards, flybridges, or in machinery spaces, requiring only a single Ethernet cable to connect with MFDs. The modular design allows expansion with up to six interceptors per DU-E, making the system highly adaptable.
