Zipwake 1000E Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System

The Zipwake Series E 1000E Integrator Module Straight Kit Box is a professional dynamic trim control system designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). Featuring extra-large 1000 mm straight interceptors powered by high-speed servo technology, the system actively eliminates unpleasant and dangerous pitch and roll. By minimizing wave resistance, it enhances handling, increases comfort, improves safety, and significantly reduces fuel consumption.

Unlike the standard kit with a physical control panel, this version is supplied with the Integrator Module (IM-E), allowing seamless connection to multifunctional displays (MFDs) and smart devices. The IM-E provides intuitive 3D controls, keeping the dashboard clean while delivering unmatched precision and ease of use. All components are rugged, watertight, and engineered for heavy-duty marine conditions, ensuring long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Straight Interceptors (IT1000-E)

Two 1000 mm straight interceptors are included, designed for superior lift characteristics and fast actuation. Their robust and watertight construction makes them ideal for large planing and semi-planing vessels operating in demanding conditions.

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Provides centralized power and connectivity for the system. The DU-E is rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, allowing safe installation in technical spaces. Built-in electrical protection (including fuses) ensures reliability.

Integrator Module (IM-E)

Replaces the standard control panel, enabling integration with multifunction displays (MFDs) and external devices. The IM-E offers full 3D control functionality while keeping the dashboard clean and uncluttered, providing a modern, professional user experience.
