Heavy-duty trim control system with 1000 mm straight interceptors for vessels up to 30 m. Dual-servo actuators and GPS sensors deliver real-time stabilization, cutting roll, pitch & drag while improving fuel efficiency, comfort, safety and control. Read more.
The Zipwake Series 1000E PRO Straight Kit Box Trim System is a heavy-duty dynamic trim control solution designed for large and professional vessels up to 30 m (100 ft) and speeds up to 60 knots (≈110 km/h). As part of the E PRO range, it offers stronger construction, dual-servo actuators, a 60 mm blade stroke, and enhanced durability compared to the standard Series E, making it ideal for intensive professional use.
Equipped with a pair of 1000 mm straight interceptors, this kit delivers maximum lift and stability, reducing roll and pitch in real time while improving fuel efficiency and comfort onboard. With the E PRO Control Panel, operators gain intuitive and centralized control through a large, sunlight-readable color display and dual rotary dials, ensuring optimal handling in all conditions.
Straight Interceptors (IT1000-E PRO Straight)
Two 1000 mm straight interceptors with dual brushless servo actuators. Fully submersible, watertight, and impact-resistant, providing rapid lift and precise trim correction under heavy load.
Distribution Unit PRO (DU-E PRO)
Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected unit that powers and coordinates up to six interceptors. Includes integrated electrical protection and a 4 m power cable.
Control Panel PRO (CP-E PRO)
Large, sunlight-readable 3D color display with dual rotary dials. Enables intuitive manual trim adjustments and fully automatic stabilization. Displays real-time vessel data such as speed, roll, pitch, and interceptor positions.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The 1000 mm straight interceptors require sufficient transom space and careful positioning. Always use the included drill templates for precise alignment and ensure blades remain flush with the hull surface. For cabling routed below the waterline, watertight grommets must be used. The Distribution Unit PRO should be installed in a dry, accessible compartment (engine room recommended), while the Control Panel PRO must be mounted at the helm for maximum operator visibility. The modular system allows expansion with up to six interceptors, but load distribution should always be planned in advance.
