Heavy-duty trim system with 1000 mm straight interceptors for vessels up to 30 m. E PRO dual-servo actuators and GPS sensors deliver automatic stabilization, reducing roll, pitch, and drag while boosting fuel efficiency, comfort, safety, and handling. Read more.
The Zipwake Series 1000E PRO Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System is a heavy-duty dynamic trim control solution engineered for professional and commercial vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). As part of the E PRO range, this system provides even more robust performance than the standard Series E, with larger and stronger interceptors, a longer 60 mm blade stroke, dual-servo actuators, and the advanced Integrator Module PRO for seamless connectivity and centralized control.
With its pair of 1000 mm straight interceptors, this kit delivers maximum lift and stability for large hulls operating at high speeds (up to 60 knots ≈ 110 km/h). The system minimizes roll and pitch in real time, improves fuel efficiency by reducing drag, and ensures safer and more comfortable navigation. Designed for intensive operation, it integrates effortlessly with multifunction displays (MFDs), smart devices, and external systems via NMEA 2000.
Straight Interceptors (IT1000-E PRO Straight)
Two 1000 mm straight interceptors with dual brushless servo actuators. Submersible and impact-resistant, they are designed to withstand continuous heavy use while delivering powerful lift and rapid pitch/roll correction.
Distribution Unit PRO (DU-E PRO)
Robust and waterproof power unit supplying and coordinating up to six interceptors. Oil-resistant, ignition-protected, and equipped with integrated electrical protection. Supplied with a 4 m power cable.
Integrator Module PRO (IM-E PRO)
Acts as the central hub, linking the system to multifunction displays, NMEA 2000 networks, and smart devices. Features RGB LED status indicators, CAN bus interface, and wireless connectivity for configuration and monitoring via the Zipwake app.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
Due to the large size of the 1000 mm interceptors, careful planning of transom space is required. Use the included drill templates for precise mounting and ensure interceptors are flush with the hull surface. For cables routed below the waterline, apply watertight grommets to maintain integrity. The Distribution Unit PRO should be mounted in a dry, accessible compartment (such as the engine room), while the Integrator Module PRO can be placed behind the dashboard, in the flybridge, or machinery space. The Control Panel PRO is best installed at the helm for maximum visibility and ease of use. When connecting multiple systems, ensure interceptors are assigned correctly to maintain synchronized trim and roll correction.
