Dynamic trim control with 800 mm straight interceptors for vessels up to 30 m. Automatic pitch and roll stabilization improves safety, comfort, fuel savings, and handling. Includes IM-E, GPS sensors, robust DU-E, and wireless MFD integration. Read more.
The Zipwake Series E 800E Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional dynamic trim control solution for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). Compared to the Series S, the Series E offers larger and more powerful interceptors, faster blade stroke (60 mm), and a brighter, larger display for advanced control—making it the optimal choice for bigger and more demanding vessels. This model includes 800 mm straight interceptors, ideal for larger hulls requiring superior lift and stability.
The kit combines high-speed straight interceptors with the Integrator Module (IM-E), a rugged distribution unit, and seamless integration with multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices. Wireless control through the Zipwake app allows monitoring, configuration, and updates directly from smartphones or tablets. Fully automatic operation dynamically eliminates uncomfortable roll and pitch, reduces drag, improves fuel efficiency, and enhances safety and onboard comfort.
Straight Interceptors (IT800-E Straight)
Two 800 mm straight interceptors equipped with dual-servo brushless actuators. Their robust, submersible design ensures powerful lift and fast correction of roll and pitch, even under professional-use conditions.
Distribution Unit (DU-E)
Powers and coordinates up to six interceptors. Built for durability, it is waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected. Includes a 4 m power cable and integrated protection against overload and short circuits.
Integrator Module (IM-E)
Compact, waterproof module that connects the system to MFDs and smart devices. Features RGB LED status indicators, CAN bus interface, and wireless functionality, enabling real-time configuration and monitoring via the Zipwake app.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
Due to the 800 mm size, ensure adequate flat transom space for mounting. Use the provided drill templates for precise alignment, keeping the blades flush with the hull surface. When routing cables below the waterline, use watertight grommets to preserve system integrity. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible location, typically the engine room, with clearance for safe cable routing. The Integrator Module can be mounted behind the dashboard, on a flybridge, or in the machinery space, requiring only a single Ethernet cable to connect with an MFD. Verify there is sufficient clearance for the 60 mm blade stroke, and plan the layout to allow for future expansion with up to six interceptors.
