Automatic trim system with 750 mm straight interceptors for boats up to 15.5 m. IM-S integration with MFDs and wireless app control delivers dynamic stabilization, reduces roll and pitch, improves safety and fuel saving. Durable and modular design. Read more.
The Zipwake Series S 750S Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System is an advanced dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). Compared to conventional trim tab systems, the Series S provides 5–10 times faster response, improved lift, and simplified installation. This model includes 750 mm straight interceptors, offering greater lift force for larger or stern-heavy craft while maintaining precise pitch and roll correction.
The kit integrates high-performance interceptors with the Integrator Module (IM-S) and a rugged distribution unit, ensuring seamless connectivity to multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices. With wireless control via the Zipwake app, the system allows configuration, monitoring, and updates directly from smartphones or tablets. Its fully automatic operation enhances stability, safety, and fuel efficiency, while keeping dashboards clean and uncluttered.
FEATURES
Straight Interceptors (IT750-S Straight)
Two 750 mm straight interceptors with fast single-servo actuators. Designed for precision stabilization on sport and semi-commercial craft, they deliver superior lift and rapid correction of roll and pitch.
Distribution Unit (DU-S)
Supplies power and connectivity to all components. Waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in protection. Supports up to six interceptors.
Integrator Module (IM-S)
Compact, waterproof module that integrates the Zipwake system with MFDs and wireless devices. Equipped with RGB LED status indicators, CAN bus interface, and seamless connectivity. Allows real-time monitoring, control, and updates through the Zipwake app.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The 750 mm interceptors should be mounted symmetrically on the transom, ensuring blades are flush with the hull surface. Use the included drill templates for precise alignment. Due to their larger size, verify there is sufficient flat mounting space on the transom. The Distribution Unit should be installed in a dry, accessible compartment (such as the engine room), allowing room for cable routing. If cables run below the waterline, always use watertight grommets. The IM-S can be mounted behind the dashboard, on a flybridge, or in the machinery space, requiring only a single Ethernet cable to an MFD. When installing, check clearance for blade extension (60 mm stroke) to avoid interference.
