The Zipwake Series S 600S Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution engineered for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). Compared to conventional trim tabs, the Series S delivers 5–10 times faster response, superior lift force, and more efficient stabilization. This model features 600 mm straight interceptors, designed to minimize roll and pitch, reduce drag, and improve fuel efficiency on sport and semi-commercial craft.
With fully automatic operation, the system continuously corrects trim and heel using integrated GPS, 3D gyro, and accelerometer sensors. The 600S Straight Kit Box combines powerful straight interceptors with a rugged distribution unit and an intuitive control panel, ensuring precise stabilization and long-term reliability. Its modular design allows expansion with up to six interceptors, providing flexibility for different vessel layouts.
Straight Interceptors (IT600-S Straight)
Two 600 mm straight interceptors with single-servo actuators for fast, precise adjustments. Built for durability, they withstand continuous marine exposure and provide effective pitch and roll control at high speeds.
Distribution Unit (DU-S)
Central unit powering the interceptors, waterproof and oil-resistant, with integrated overload and short-circuit protection. Designed for safe installation below deck. Supplied with a 4 m power cable.
Control Panel (CP-S)
Sunlight-readable color display with dual rotary dials for intuitive manual and automatic control. Provides real-time vessel feedback, including speed, pitch, roll, and interceptor positions.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
For accurate installation, interceptors should be mounted symmetrically on the transom, using the supplied drill templates to ensure proper alignment. The blades must sit flush with the hull surface to guarantee effective performance. If cables pass below the waterline, watertight grommets should be used to maintain integrity. The Distribution Unit should be placed in a dry, accessible area (such as the engine room) with clearance for ventilation and cable routing. The Control Panel is best installed at the helm for visibility and ease of access, while the system can be expanded to up to six interceptors per DU-S without additional hardware.
