The Zipwake Series S 750S Straight Kit Box Trim System is a high-performance dynamic trim control solution for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). Compared to conventional trim tab systems, the Series S delivers 5–10 times faster response, stronger lift, and simplified installation. With its 750 mm straight interceptors, this model provides greater lift capacity, making it ideal for larger or stern-heavy sport and semi-commercial craft.
The kit includes powerful straight interceptors, a rugged distribution unit, and an intuitive control panel. Equipped with integrated GPS, 3D gyro, and accelerometer sensors, the system automatically stabilizes the vessel in real time, reducing roll and pitch while improving fuel efficiency and onboard comfort. Its modular design allows expansion with up to six interceptors, offering flexibility to adapt to different vessel layouts.
Straight Interceptors (IT750-S Straight)
Two 750 mm straight interceptors equipped with fast single-servo actuators. Designed for maximum lift and precision control, they deliver effective pitch and roll compensation even under demanding conditions.
Distribution Unit (DU-S)
Centralized unit providing power and connectivity. Built to withstand marine environments, it is waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected. Supplied with a 4 m power cable and integrated electrical protection.
Control Panel (CP-S)
Compact 2.4” sunlight-readable color display with dual rotary dials for intuitive control. Provides real-time vessel feedback, including speed, pitch, roll, and interceptor positions.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The 750 mm straight interceptors require sufficient transom space due to their larger size. Use the included drill templates for accurate alignment and ensure the blades sit flush with the hull surface. If routing cables through the hull, install watertight grommets to maintain system integrity. The Distribution Unit should be mounted in a dry, accessible compartment (engine room recommended), allowing space for safe cable routing. The Control Panel is best placed at the helm for maximum visibility and ease of use. When expanding the system to up to six interceptors, plan the layout in advance to balance load distribution and avoid interference with other transom equipment.
