The Zipwake Series E 600E Chine Kit Box Trim System is a high-performance dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). Compared to the Series S, the Series E offers faster response, greater lift capacity, and enhanced durability, making it ideal for larger and more demanding applications. This model introduces chine interceptors, engineered specifically for angular hull surfaces, delivering superior lift and stabilization where straight interceptors are less effective.

With its fully automatic functionality, the system continuously minimizes roll, pitch, and wave resistance, resulting in improved fuel efficiency, smoother navigation, and enhanced onboard comfort. The 600E Chine Kit Box combines fast-acting chine interceptors with a robust distribution unit and an intuitive control panel featuring integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors. With NMEA 2000 connectivity and modular expandability, the system provides a reliable and scalable solution for professional and recreational vessels alike.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Chine Interceptors (IT600-E Chine)

Two 600 mm chine interceptors equipped with dual-servo, fast-acting actuators. Their rugged design ensures continuous operation under demanding marine conditions, providing effective stabilization for larger vessels at high speeds.

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Supplies power and connectivity to the system. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in electrical protection. Supports up to six interceptors.

Control Panel (CP-E)

A sunlight-readable color display with large, intuitive controls. Provides both automatic stabilization and manual adjustment of trim, pitch, and roll. Displays real-time data on vessel speed, angles, and interceptor positions.
