The Zipwake Series E 600E Straight Kit Box Trim System is a high-performance dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). Compared to the Series S, the Series E range provides faster response, greater lift capacity, and enhanced durability, making it the preferred choice for larger and more demanding vessels. This model features 600 mm straight interceptors, delivering powerful lift and precise stabilization for planing and semi-planing hulls.

With fully automatic functionality, the system continuously minimizes roll, pitch, and wave resistance, improving fuel efficiency, onboard comfort, and navigation safety. The 600E Straight Kit Box combines fast-acting straight interceptors with a rugged distribution unit and an intuitive control panel equipped with integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors. Thanks to NMEA 2000 connectivity and modular scalability, it offers a reliable and adaptable solution for professional and recreational marine use.

Straight Interceptors (IT600-E Straight)

Two 600 mm straight interceptors with dual-servo, fast-acting actuators. Their robust design ensures continuous stabilization even at high speeds and under demanding marine conditions, actively compensating for roll and pitch.

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Provides power and connectivity for the interceptors. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, suitable for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in electrical protection. Supports up to six interceptors.

Control Panel (CP-E)

A sunlight-readable 2.8” color display with dual dials for intuitive operation. Offers both manual adjustment and automatic trim control, displaying real-time vessel data such as speed, pitch, roll, and interceptor positions.
