The Zipwake Series S 450S Chine Kit Box Trim System is an advanced dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 60 knots (≈110 km/h). As part of the Series S range, it features chine (angled) interceptors engineered for hulls with sharp chines or angular surfaces, providing superior lift and stability compared to conventional trim tabs. The system actively reduces roll and pitch, minimizes wave resistance, and improves both comfort and fuel efficiency for demanding recreational and semi-professional boats.

This kit includes two 450 mm chine interceptors, a rugged distribution unit, and an intuitive control panel with integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors. Fully automatic in operation, it ensures precise stabilization and seamless NMEA 2000 connectivity. Compact, waterproof, and designed for heavy-duty use, the system is expandable to up to six interceptors, making it a flexible and future-proof solution for dynamic trim control.

Chine Interceptors (IT450-S Chine)

Two 450 mm chine interceptors designed for hulls with angular or chine surfaces. Fast-acting servo actuators deliver precise lift for dynamic stabilization, ensuring strong performance at high speeds and under heavy loads.

Distribution Unit (DU-S)

Provides power and connectivity for the interceptors. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, the DU-S is designed for installation in machinery spaces. It supports up to three Series S interceptors, expandable to six, and includes a 4 m power cable and protective fuse.

Control Panel (CP-S)

Features a 2.4” color display, dual control dials, and integrated GPS, gyro, and accelerometer sensors. The panel provides intuitive manual adjustments as well as fully automatic operation, with real-time feedback on vessel motion and interceptor positions.
