FLIR 232 Thermal Camera

The M232 is one of FLIR’s smallest and most affordable marine thermal cameras. With a 320 × 240 resolution, it enhances safety by detecting vessels and obstacles at night and offers 360° viewing while underway. When paired with a Raymarine Axiom MFD, the ClearCruise™ intelligent thermal analytics feature provides visual and audible alerts when non-water objects such as boats, obstacles, or navigation markers appear in view, improving situational awareness both day and night. Note: ClearCruise™ functions only with ball-up installations and is not available for ball-down setups.

The M232 enhances navigation and safety by allowing clear visibility of bridges, docks, buoys, and other vessels both day and night. It also assists in locating people in the water faster than with spotlights or radar alone.

ENHANCED AWARENESS WITH CLEARCRUISE™

When combined with a Raymarine Axiom MFD, the M232 can use FLIR’s ClearCruise™ intelligent thermal analytics. ClearCruise™ issues both audible and visual alerts when it detects “non-water” objects such as boats, obstacles, or navigation markers. This technology significantly improves situational awareness for boaters in both day and night conditions.
