The Zipwake Series E 1000E Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional dynamic trim control solution engineered for vessels up to 30.5 m (100 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). Designed for larger sport and semi-commercial craft, the system actively minimizes roll and pitch while improving fuel efficiency and reducing wave impact. By maintaining an optimal trim angle, it enhances comfort, stability, and overall vessel performance.
The kit includes two 1000 mm straight interceptors, a rugged distribution unit, and a user-friendly control panel with integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors. With seamless NMEA 2000 connectivity, automatic operation, and modular expansion, the system provides a complete and reliable solution for dynamic trim control on demanding vessels.
Straight Interceptors (IT1000-E)
Two 1000 mm straight interceptors with fast-acting servo technology, designed for large planing and semi-planing vessels. Their durable construction delivers superior lift and rapid correction of pitch and roll, even at high speeds.
Distribution Unit (DU-E)
Provides power and connectivity for the interceptors. It is watertight, oil-resistant, ignition-protected, and built for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and integrated electrical protection.
Control Panel (CP-E)
A sunlight-readable 3D control panel with a large color display and dual dials for intuitive manual adjustments. Integrated GPS, gyro, and accelerometer sensors enable fully automatic operation. Real-time feedback includes speed, pitch, roll, and interceptor positions.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The kit includes integrated mounting plates and optional watertight grommets for secure installation above or below the waterline. Its modular system allows expansion with up to six interceptors per DU-E, enabling tailored configurations without requiring additional connectors or power units. Proper sealing and alignment of thru-hull fittings are essential to maintain system integrity.
