The Zipwake Series S 300S Straight Kit Box Trim System is a compact dynamic trim control solution engineered for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). As part of the Series S range, it is optimized for smaller and mid-sized sport and semi-commercial craft, offering fast response and efficient stabilization. Equipped with straight (flat) 300 mm interceptors, the system actively minimizes roll and pitch, optimizes trim angle, and reduces fuel consumption. This ensures smoother handling, enhanced comfort, and greater safety for boat owners and passengers alike.
The kit includes two 300 mm straight interceptors, a robust distribution unit, and a user-friendly control panel with integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors, delivering precise, automatic dynamic stabilization. NMEA 2000 compatibility, modular expansion for up to six interceptors, and updateable software make the 300S Straight Kit Box a versatile and reliable choice for a wide variety of vessels.
Straight Interceptors (IT300-S Straight)
The kit includes two straight interceptors, each 300 mm long, powered by single-servo actuators. Their robust and watertight design ensures precise control, reliable performance, and effective reduction of roll and pitch at high speeds.
Distribution Unit (DU-S)
The DU-S supplies power and connectivity to the system. It is waterproof, oil-resistant, ignition-protected, and designed for safe installation under deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in protective fuse.
Control Panel (CP-S)
A 2.4” color, sunlight-readable display with dual control dials for intuitive manual adjustments. Integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors allow the system to run automatically, dynamically correcting trim and roll. Provides real-time vessel data and interceptor positions at a glance.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The kit includes integrated mounting plates for interceptors and optional watertight grommets to route cables safely above or below the waterline. Its modular design supports expansion with up to six interceptors per distribution unit, providing flexibility for different vessel configurations. Proper sealing and alignment of thru-hull fittings is crucial to ensure watertight integrity and reliable long-term performance.
