The Zipwake Series S 300S Chine Kit Box Trim System is a compact dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 15.5 m (50 ft) and speeds of up to 110 km/h (≈60 knots). As part of the Series S range, it is optimized for smaller and mid-sized sport and semi-commercial craft, providing fast response and efficient stabilization. This version comes with chine (angled) interceptors, which are specifically designed to fit hull chines and deliver enhanced roll control and stability at high speeds. By minimizing roll, reducing trim angle, and optimizing fuel efficiency, the 300S Chine Kit Box ensures smoother handling, increased comfort, and improved safety at sea.
The kit includes a pair of 300 mm chine interceptors, a rugged distribution unit, and a dedicated control panel with integrated GPS, 3D gyro, and accelerometer sensors for fully automatic stabilization. With NMEA 2000 connectivity, modular expansion options, and user-friendly controls, this kit provides a complete and reliable trim control solution.
Chine Interceptors (IT300-S Chine)
The kit includes two chine (angled) interceptors, each 300 mm in length, with single-servo actuators. Their angled design is ideal for chine hulls, actively counteracting roll and pitch for smoother and safer navigation even at higher speeds.
Distribution Unit (DU-S)
The DU-S powers and coordinates the interceptors, with built-in overload and short-circuit protection. It is waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, suitable for safe installation in technical spaces. Includes a standard 4 m power cable.
Control Panel (CP-S)
The CP-S features a sunlight-readable color display with dual dials for intuitive manual control. Integrated high-frequency GPS, gyro, and accelerometer sensors allow the system to operate automatically, correcting roll and pitch dynamically. Real-time vessel data such as speed, angles, and interceptor positions are displayed for operator awareness.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The kit includes integrated mounting plates for secure installation of chine interceptors, with optional watertight grommets for safe cable routing above or below the waterline. The modular system allows for the connection of up to six interceptors per distribution unit, enabling flexible configurations.
