Zipwake Series 600E Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System

The Zipwake Series E 600E Integrator Module Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). Compared to the Series S, the Series E delivers faster response, greater lift capacity, and enhanced durability, making it the ideal choice for larger and more demanding applications. This model features 600 mm straight interceptors, engineered for powerful lift and precise stabilization on planing and semi-planing hulls.

The kit combines large, fast-acting straight interceptors with the Integrator Module (IM-E) and a rugged distribution unit, providing seamless connectivity, intuitive operation, and long-term reliability. With its fully automatic functionality, the system continuously minimizes roll, pitch, and wave resistance, improving fuel efficiency, comfort, and safety on board. The IM-E connects directly to multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices, while also enabling wireless control, configuration, and updates via the Zipwake app.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Straight Interceptors (IT600-E Straight)

Two 600 mm straight interceptors equipped with dual-servo, fast-acting actuators. Their robust design ensures continuous operation under demanding conditions, delivering superior lift and precise trim correction at speeds up to 60 knots.

 

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Provides power and system connectivity. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, designed for safe installation below deck. Includes a 4 m power cable and built-in protection. Supports up to six interceptors.

 

Integrator Module (IM-E)

Compact yet powerful, the IM-E integrates the Zipwake system with MFDs and external networks (NMEA 2000, CAN bus, Ethernet). Its wireless interface enables real-time monitoring, configuration, and updates via the Zipwake app. Supports up to three additional control panels if needed.
