The Zipwake Series E 400E Straight Kit Box Trim System is a professional dynamic trim control solution designed for vessels up to 30 m (100 ft) and speeds of up to 60 knots (≈110 km/h). As part of the Series E range, it introduces straight dual-servo interceptors that deliver stronger lift, faster response, and greater durability than conventional trim tabs or the compact Series S. With a 60 mm blade stroke and an actuation speed of 40 mm/s, the system ensures powerful stabilization, reduced drag, and improved performance in demanding marine conditions.

This kit includes two 400 mm straight interceptors, a rugged distribution unit, and a user-friendly control panel with integrated GPS, gyro, and 3D accelerometer sensors. Designed for heavy-duty marine use, the system provides full automatic stabilization, seamless NMEA 2000 connectivity, modular expansion, and updateable software, ensuring a reliable and future-proof trim control solution.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Straight Interceptors (IT400-E)

Two 400 mm straight interceptors with dual high-speed servo actuators. They feature a 60 mm blade stroke and 40 mm/s actuation speed, delivering rapid and precise lift even at high speeds or under heavy loads. Their compact size makes them ideal for transoms with limited space while ensuring excellent stabilization.

Distribution Unit (DU-E)

Central power and connectivity hub for the interceptors. Rugged, waterproof, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, the DU-E is designed for installation in demanding spaces like engine rooms. Powers up to three Series E interceptors, with expansion units available for up to six. Supplied with a 4 m power cable and built-in electrical protection.

Control Panel (CP-E)

A user-friendly control panel featuring a large, sunlight-readable color display and dual dials for intuitive manual control. Integrated GPS, gyro, and accelerometer sensors enable fully automatic operation, providing real-time vessel feedback and seamless dynamic stabilization.
