FURUNO GP-39 GPS Navigator with 4,2"Display integrated SBAS /WAAS/EGNOS/MSAS        

Our new FURUNO GP-39 GPS-Navigator provides accurate and reliable position fixing, thanks to a 12-channel GPS receiver combined with integrated SBAS/WAAS/EGNOS/MSAS) technology.
The GP-39 GPS has various display modes (Plotter, Highway, Steering, NAV data, Satellite monitor and 2 user-customizable modes) Up to 3,000 points of ship track, 10,000 waypoints and 100 routes (each with up to 30 waypoints) can be stored. The waypoint and route data can be exported/imported via a USB flash drive or signal converter and can be networked with a fish finder, sonar, radar or other navigation equipment for feeding highly accurate navigation data.This new feature has the possibility to connect and share data between the GP-39 GPS and radar, fish finder, sonar, which are on the same network. For example, you can display the lengths and widths of fish swarms from your fishfinder or sonar on the GP-39 GPS device to easily locate the position. The GPS has a waterproof display and is suitable for sea-going conditions and applications.

    GP-39 is easy yto install and is 1-to-1 interchangeable with the old GP-32 in terms of connectors, antenna, and mounting dimensions, which can save you a lot of installation work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Does the GP-39 fit in the place of my old GP-32? Yes, the mounting dimensions and antenna connection are identical.
  • Does the GP-39 work with the antenna from my old GPS antenna? Yes, provided the old antenna has a TNC connector and is still working properly. The GP-39 uses the same antenna connection as older Furuno models.
  • The GP-39 has one physical data cable, but the NMEA 0183 signal is strong enough to be connected in parallel to up to three receiving devices, such as a VHF radio, autopilot, and radar.
  • How many devices can I control simultaneously with the NMEA output? How many waypoints and routes can I store? You can store a maximum of 10,000 waypoints (points), 100 routes (with a maximum of 30 waypoints each), and 3,000 track points.
  • Can I mount the screen outside in the open cockpit? Yes. The display is IP56 splash-proof. It is resistant to heavy rain and splashing seawater, provided the device is properly mounted in the bracket or on the dashboard.

Prima product. Was bekend met voorganger GP32.
Minpunt: de antennekabel heeft een vaste connector. Om de kabel te kunnen trekken moet je de connector eraf knippen en er daarna weer aan solderen. Onnodig en vreselijk irritant.
