The 10.4” FR-10 and 12.1” FR-12 radar displays can be paired with Furuno’s versatile DRS Series antennas, allowing flexible configurations for a wide range of applications. With these features, you can efficiently track and assess targets, customize AIS settings, and benefit from multilingual support to ensure safe and precise navigation.

RISK VISUALIZER™
Risk Visualizer™ displays potential collision areas based on the position and movement of surrounding vessels. The on-screen view provides a fast and clear overview of the traffic situation around your vessel. Color-coded alerts, ranging from green for normal to red for hazardous, indicate the risk level so you can act accordingly. This is the first commercial mid-range radar from Furuno to include this feature, enhancing safety at sea.
FAST TARGET TRACKING™
Fast Target Tracking™ instantly shows a vector that indicates the speed and course of a detected target. Targets are tracked automatically from the moment they appear, allowing the system to quickly calculate their trajectory and display their movement as a velocity vector.
TARGET ANALYZER™
Target Analyzer™ evaluates detected targets and highlights those that pose a potential collision risk. By using color coding to indicate the level of danger, it makes it easy for operators to identify hazardous targets at a glance and take quick action to ensure safe navigation.
ECHO AVERAGE
Echo Average reduces irregular echoes caused by sea surface reflections, rain, and other disturbances. By smoothing these signals, it stabilizes the display of echoes from vessels, fishing gear, and other important targets, making them clearer and easier to see even in rough weather, heavy rain, or fog.
RADAR OVERLAY ON CHARTS / SHARE POINTS AND LINES
The FR-12 allows Radar echoes to be displayed directly on MapMedia MM3D charts. When connected via Ethernet to a GP-3700/F*, the system can also display shared marks and lines for better situational awareness.
