The Zipwake Series 300S PRO Chine Integrator Module Kit Box Trim System is a professional-grade dynamic trim control solution engineered for planing and semi-planing vessels up to 18 m (≈ 60 ft) in length. As part of the S PRO range, this model delivers faster response, stronger materials, and enhanced operational reliability, making it ideal for high-performance and commercial use. The Integrator Module PRO enables seamless system integration, allowing multiple interceptors or Zipwake units to be centrally controlled via multifunction displays (MFDs) or smart devices.
This kit includes two 300 mm chine interceptors, a Distribution Unit PRO, and an Integrator Module PRO—providing advanced dynamic stabilization, intuitive connectivity, and a streamlined installation process. It minimizes roll and pitch in real time, optimizes trim angle for fuel efficiency, and delivers precise, automatic control even under demanding sea conditions.
Chine Interceptors (IT300-S PRO Chine)
Two 300 mm chine interceptors with high-speed brushless servo actuators designed for hulls with angular transoms. Their compact design provides powerful lift and precise roll/pitch correction at speeds up to 60 knots.
Distribution Unit PRO (DU-S PRO)
Centralized waterproof power and communication hub that coordinates up to six S PRO interceptors. Rugged, oil-resistant, and ignition-protected, including built-in electrical protection and a 4 m power cable.
Integrator Module PRO (IM-S PRO)
Compact controller that connects the system to MFDs, NMEA 2000 networks, and smart devices. Supports wireless setup and monitoring, simplifying installation while maintaining full control and diagnostic feedback.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
The 300 mm chine interceptors must be installed flush with the hull’s angled surfaces for proper lift efficiency. Use the provided drill templates for accurate alignment. Cables passing below the waterline require watertight grommets. The DU-S PRO should be mounted in a dry, ventilated compartment (such as the engine room), while the IM-S PRO is best located behind the dashboard or flybridge for easy access. Proper calibration during setup ensures precise synchronization between all interceptors.
