FURUNO NAVpilot-711C Autopilot Professional
The FURUNO NAVpilot-711C autopilot combines advanced navigation technology with an intuitive design, making it suitable for a wide range of vessels, from small motorboats, workboats or fishing vessels to large yachts and sailboats. Intelligent, self-learning and adaptive software allows the system to continuously adjust steering commands based on factors such as boat speed, trim, waves, tides and wind.

Cost-effective and versatile
The NAVpilot-711C works seamlessly with hydraulic and electromechanical drive systems. This means you can keep your existing hydraulic system and easily upgrade it, without incurring unnecessary additional costs for new drive technology. You can also choose between the “Economy” and “Precision” navigation modes. The latter has an accuracy of 0.003 nautical miles and enables fuel savings of up to 2.5%. How nice is that.
Innovative features for a wide range of applications
For additional functionality, the unique “Fish Hunter” mode is available. This mode can be used not only for precise navigation, but also in emergency situations such as MOB (Man Overboard), where automatic sailing patterns such as square, zigzag, circle, spiral and figure eight are available.

The new NAVpilot 711C from FURUNO is designed for the NavNet TZtouch series and other navigation devices. The plug-and-play CAN bus interface ensures easy installation and excellent connectivity.
If your boat is equipped with a NavNet TZtouch system, you can get the most out of your NAVpilot-711C. Using the NavNet TZtouch display, you can activate the NAVpilot-711C in AUTO mode and change the set course by tapping the arrow buttons, touching a slider with your finger or the RotoKey™, or dragging the course arrow with your finger.
Options:
- SAFE HELM: The NAVpilot switches to hydraulic manual steering (for a specified time interval), thus exiting automatic steering mode (AUTO, NAV, etc.). After the time interval has elapsed, SAFE HELM is deactivated and the previous automatic steering mode is restored.
- POWER ASSIST provides an interface to a vessel's hydraulic steering system, enabling optimal steering comfort and steering control directly via a manually operated steering gear on the vessel. These functions enable speed-dependent power steering, thus reducing manual labor on board.
- For optimal course stabilization, we recommend connecting the specially developed PG-700 sensor (electronic compass) to the FURUNO NAVpilot-711C autopilot.
