Professional trim system for curved transoms on vessels up to 30 m. The Zipwake 400E PRO R1000 with IM-E PRO ensures fast, automatic stabilization, improved fuel efficiency, and precise roll and pitch control for commercial and high-performance boats. Read more.
The Zipwake Series 400E PRO Round R1000 Integrator Module Kit Box Trim System represents the next generation of professional-grade dynamic trim control technology, engineered for commercial and high-performance vessels up to 30 m (100 ft). As part of the Series E PRO range, it combines the reliability of the Series E with reinforced components, superior waterproofing, and enhanced connectivity, ensuring precise, automatic stabilization in the harshest marine environments.
The Round (R1000) configuration is specifically designed for curved or rounded transoms, providing smooth and balanced hydrodynamic lift where traditional straight or chine interceptors cannot be installed. The Integrator Module (IM-E PRO) replaces the standard control panel, enabling full digital control via multifunction displays (MFDs) and smart devices, offering a modern and uncluttered helm interface.
Curved transom compatibility: The Round R1000 interceptors are optimized for curved hull shapes, delivering even lift distribution and precise stabilization.
Professional-grade construction: Enhanced waterproofing (IP68), corrosion-resistant materials, and reinforced housings for intensive commercial use.
Full digital integration: Centralized control via MFDs and smart devices through the Integrator Module (IM-E PRO).
Advanced dual-servo technology: Fast and accurate blade response (60 mm stroke, 40 mm/s speed) for real-time trim and roll control.
Automatic operation: Dynamic pitch and roll compensation at all speeds, improving comfort and safety.
NMEA 2000 compatibility: Seamless integration with onboard navigation and monitoring systems.
Expandable and modular: Supports up to six interceptors using DU-EX expansion units.
Round Interceptors (ITR1000-E PRO)
Two 1000 mm round interceptors designed for curved transoms. Built with dual brushless servos and precision-machined blades for uniform hydrodynamic lift. Their submersible IP68-rated construction ensures durability under constant exposure to seawater and heavy-duty operation.
Integrator Module (IM-E PRO)
A compact, waterproof digital interface that replaces the standard control panel. It allows centralized configuration, control, and real-time monitoring via MFDs or the Zipwake app. The module features wireless update capability and is NMEA 2000 certified.
Distribution Unit (DU-E PRO)
Rugged IP67-rated central unit that powers and coordinates all interceptors. Includes built-in overload and short-circuit protection, a 4 m power cable, and ignition-protected housing suitable for engine room installation.

The Round R1000 interceptors must be installed along the natural curvature of the transom to ensure consistent water flow and optimal hydrodynamic performance. Proper alignment using the included templates is crucial to maintain lift balance and avoid turbulence. The Distribution Unit should be positioned in a dry, accessible location such as the engine room, while the Integrator Module can be installed behind the helm or dashboard for seamless connection with MFDs and NMEA 2000 networks.
Cable penetrations below the waterline must be carefully sealed to preserve waterproof integrity. The system’s modular design allows the addition of extra interceptors and expansion units, providing flexibility for complex or large-scale vessel configurations.
