Airmar 225T-PR904 stainless-steel thru-hull CHIRP Side-Scan transducer pair, 150 W per unit at 220–240 kHz. Compatible with Furuno TZtouch3 and TZtouchXL, it delivers sharp port/starboard imaging with temperature sensors, 12-pin plugs and 12 m cables. Read more.
The AIRMAR 225T-PR904 is a stainless-steel CHIRP Side-Scan thru-hull transducer pair, designed for vessels using the built-in CHIRP Side-Scan functionality of Furuno NavNet TZtouch3 (TZT12F, TZT16F, TZT19F) and NavNet TZtouchXL (TZT10X, TZT13X, TZT16X) multifunction displays. Each transducer operates at 150 W per side within a 220–240 kHz CHIRP band, providing crisp, symmetrical port and starboard imaging for structure identification, seabed mapping and survey-grade navigation. The stainless-steel housings ensure long-term durability and stable acoustic performance under demanding marine conditions.
This paired configuration is ideal for commercial craft, survey vessels, patrol boats and advanced recreational users requiring clean, high-frequency lateral coverage with maximum definition. The thru-hull design provides excellent acoustic coupling at speed, while the integrated temperature sensors, 12-pin Furuno connectors, and 12 m cables enable straightforward plug-and-play installation with all supported systems.
High-frequency CHIRP side-scan (pair): Dual transducers deliver simultaneous port/starboard imaging at 220–240 kHz.
Optimized for TZtouch3 & TZtouchXL: Fully supported by all built-in side-scan functions on TZT12F, TZT16F, TZT19F, TZT10X, TZT13X and TZT16X.
150 W per transducer: Strong, stable output for clear, consistent returns.
Stainless-steel housings: Corrosion-resistant for long-term durability.
Integrated temperature sensors: Provide precise water-temperature measurements.
Thru-hull installation: Ensures superior acoustic coupling and clean water flow.
12-pin Furuno interface: Direct plug-and-play connectivity.
12 m cables: Marine-grade cabling for reliable installation.

Installation documentation
Each transducer must be installed flush with the hull, positioned on port and starboard sides where water flow is clean and free of turbulence. Avoid strakes, steps, intakes or other disruptive hull features. The interior should allow secure tightening of both thru-hull mounts. Route each cable through watertight grommets and away from high-interference electrical wiring. Full functionality requires a NavNet TZtouch3 or TZtouchXL display with built-in CHIRP side-scan.
