ST850-HS Transducer With 15m Cable
The ST850 is a low-profile, retractable thru-hull sensor that delivers accurate speed and temperature data to any NMEA 0183 display or NMEA 2000 network. Its streamlined design extends only 5 mm (3/16") outside the hull, minimizing drag and maintaining efficient water flow, ideal for performance-focused vessels. The housing includes an integrated water valve that helps reduce water ingress when removing the retractable insert and replacing it with the blanking plug, making maintenance quick and clean. Equipped with Airmar’s Smart Sensor technology, the ST850 features embedded microelectronics that process speed and temperature signals directly within the sensor body. This allows for a single-cable connection to compatible networks or displays, simplifying installation and data delivery. The ST850 is available as either an analog sensor or a digital Smart Sensor, with output options in NMEA 0183 or NMEA 2000 protocol to suit a wide range of onboard systems.
